1.1 Branding and Design Services: Due to the customized nature of branding and design services, refunds for completed design work are generally not provided. However, if you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts presented to you, we offer a revision process to make necessary adjustments and meet your requirements.

1.2 Web Design and Development Services: We use the collected information to provide and improve our services, personalize user experience, communicate with clients, optimize marketing campaigns, and fulfill legal obligations. We do not sell or share your information with unauthorized third parties.

(a) If you choose to cancel the project before the development work has commenced, you are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus any expenses already incurred by Swiffysoft for the project.

(b) If the project has already entered the development stage, a refund will be assessed based on the amount of work completed and the resources invested up to that point. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

1.3 Digital Marketing Services: Refunds for digital marketing services will be considered based on the specific circumstances and stage of the campaign. Factors such as campaign progress, resources utilized, and third-party costs incurred will be taken into account during the assessment process. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

1.4 Third-Party Services: Swiffysoft may engage third-party vendors or service providers for certain aspects of the project or to fulfill specific requirements. Refunds for third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective vendor or service provider. Swiffysoft will work with the vendor or service provider to facilitate the refund process, if applicable.

2.1 Branding and Design Services: If you wish to cancel the branding and design project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the project and the work completed, a cancellation fee may be applicable.

2.2 Web Design and Development Services: For web design and development projects, if you decide to cancel the project, please notify us in writing. Cancellation requests will be processed based on the stage of the project:

(a) Pre-development stage: If the project has not yet entered the development stage, you may cancel the project, and no cancellation fee will be charged.

(b) In-progress stage: If the project is already in progress, a cancellation fee may be applicable based on the amount of work completed and the resources utilized up to that point.

2.3 Digital Marketing Services: For ongoing digital marketing services, if you wish to cancel the service, please notify us in writing. Cancellation requests will be reviewed, and any applicable fees will be communicated to you based on the work completed and the resources invested.
